Global Legacy Intern Team Visit

On January 31 and February 1 LifeHouse has a team from Global Legacy at Bethel Church visiting us. These young revivalists are interns who have taken part in the Bethel School of Supernatural Ministry and now travel with the Global Legacy team encouraging and strengthening churches around the world.

It is going to be an incredible night of encouragement and empowerment for LifeHouse Church.

Date: January 31 and February 1
Location: January 31 – Streetsville Secondary School
February 1 – Dolphin Senior Public School
Time: 7:00pm to 9:00pm both nights

Fire Starters Course

Firestarters is a 12 week, group-setting course designed to assist you in becoming a modern-day revivalist; to become a world-changer and history-maker in whatever sphere of influence God has placed you, whether in the marketplace, school, neighborhood, community, or home. The goal is to equip, empower, and activate you in a Kingdom revival lifestyle so that you learn to live naturally supernatural!

 

Firestarters is broken down into 3 sections (4 weeks each); Pursuing Passion, Purpose, and Power with focus on:

  • Become a Naturally Supernatural Christian by
  • Discovering your true identity and destiny
  • Learning how to access God’s power to heal the sick
  • Learning how to hear God’s voice to get encouraging words for people
  • Learning how to access and release God’s passionate fire through the Holy Spirit

This course was written by Kevin Dedmon and is used at Bethel Church among other churches.

 

Schedule:

We are aiming to start the course on February 5th (2 weeks from this Sunday). That way we can end the course by the end of April (with one week break for Easter)! Each session will be scheduled for ~2 hours.

Important Note: The Firestarters course is quite unique in that it requires you to attend all of the sessions / weeks in order to graduate.   If you miss a session you can make it up the next time we run the course.

 

Cost:

There is a cost to the course which will be posted shortly.

New Life Group on Mondays

Meghan and Alex Nicholls are hosting a new Life Group on Monday evenings.  Meghan and Alex joined LifeHouse last year, and currently head up our Sound and Media team as well as running this new Life Group.  They both have many years experience in church and non-profit leadership.  They have a huge heart to serve the poor both in Canada and around the world.

 

 

To start off they are going to be going through a DVD and discussion series called “Gracenomics”.  It’s about how to practically apply God’s Grace in your life and to the lives of others.

Grace Revolution Album Released

Anneline Breetzke, the Worship Leader at LifeHouse Church has released Grace Revolution – her live album recorded in Durban South Africa this past summer.

 

Michael Bryan, a Music Producer who is also part of the worship team at LifeHouse mixed the album.

 

 

We look forward to this being the first of many albums that comes out of people at LifeHouse Church as God releases songs to the nations.

Healing School

LifeHouse Church in Mississauga will be holding a Christ Centered Divine Healing School run by Mark Bowen.  Mark has ministered around the world at evangelistic meetings and has seen many people healed and give their lives to Christ.

The School will focus on the following topics:

  • Overview of Divine Healing in the Old and New Testaments.
  • The healings and miracles of Christ in the Gospels.
  • Healings and miracles in the book of Acts.
  • Kingdom Authority.
  • How faith relates to healing.
  • How to pray for the sick and minister to others effectively.

Christ Centered Healing School focuses on the ministry of Jesus as our example in praying for the sick and ministering to others.  Upon completion of this training you will have:

  • A strong foundation of understanding Divine Healing  in the Bible and God’s will concerning healing.
  • Thorough knowledge of the healings and miracles of Christ.
  • Understand Authority.
  • Confidently pray and minister to others for healing seeing results.
